"Every
morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must move faster than the
lion or it will not survive. Every morning a lion wakes up and it knows it must
move faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter if
you are the lion or the gazelle, when the sun comes up, you better be running."
I've
been blessed to be able to run faster than Old Man Time for over 54 years. I
may be slower, but so is he.
On
September 1st, 2020, I celebrated being a runner for 54 years. On January 8th,
2021, I celebrated having been a Team Beachbody Coach for 14 years. In honor of
me having used a Polar heart rate monitor to track and analyze my running
workouts for over 34 years, I am a Polar Global Ambassador.
